Purchases are handled by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which processes returns on our behalf. This policy describes when a refund is available for apps bought from Cubio AS on this site. It does not cover a purchase made on the Garmin Connect IQ Store, where Garmin is the seller — see below.
This policy does not apply to a purchase made there. Several of our apps are published on Garmin's Connect IQ Store, and some of those can also be bought here — so what matters is not which app you have but where you bought it. If you bought on the Connect IQ Store, your purchase is with Garmin, not with Cubio: we are not the seller, Paddle is not involved, and we never see the transaction. There is nothing for us to refund. If you are unsure which you have: a purchase from us came with an activation code by email, and one from Garmin did not.
Refunds for those apps go through Garmin, under Garmin's own terms and within Garmin's return window. Ask through the Connect IQ Store or Garmin support. Everything below concerns apps bought on this site.
Our Privacy Policy and the safety notice still apply to every app we publish, however you got it, and support@cubio.no supports all of them.
You may cancel your purchase and request a full refund within 14 days of payment, without giving any reason. This applies even if you have downloaded, installed or activated the software.
To request a refund, contact Paddle at https://paddle.net using the email address associated with your purchase and provide your order reference.
Following a refund, the licence will be cancelled and you must stop using the paid software.
Some apps are sold as a subscription that renews every 12 months from the day you buy. You can cancel it at any time, without giving any reason: use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or look up your order at https://paddle.net with the email address you bought with. You can also write to support@cubio.no and we will cancel it for you.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. The licence keeps working to the end of the 12 months already paid for, and then ends. Within 14 days of a payment you may instead ask for a refund, as above.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Purchases are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
